A piece of fascia on the front of my home was damaged in high winds. I called and was told that there were many homes damaged and that they would get to my house as soon as they could. Like ninjas they showed up on a Saturday when I was not home. I happened to notice Sunday while working in the yard. Beautifully done, like the damage never happened. It was such a small job and yet they got in and did it! It's hard to find a company that will take a small job as seriously as Big jobs And so I'm very grateful that companies like this still exist.\

Fast and the best service! Highly recommend these guys. They replaced our entire roof, patio roof and added gutters.

Better way was great to work with. I interviewed 7 companies and decided to with them based on their knowledge, and technology to send photos of the plans as they wrote up the quote in the truck. They were patient and understanding that as a new homeowner we needed their knowledge to make the best choice for use. They didn't just use satellite images and send you a quote via email. Their price fell right in the middle of everyone's quotes but ultimately I felt like they listened to what we wanted. They were able to come out the very next week and the installers were great. When they noticed we needed a downspout in a different spot, they were able to explain why and ask if that's what we were okay with. They have a 10 year warranty on the gutters and the manufacturer has a 20 year warranty on the gutter guards. Overall, I was happy to pay a little more for the knowledge & quality they provided.

We have been getting a lot of snow here in Niles and it was piling up pretty good on my roof. When I couldn't see my furnace exhaust pipe anymore and had about a foot of snow avalanching over my gutters, I decided having the snow pulled would be a good idea. However, that is not something that a lot of people do! I spent most of Tuesday emailing and texting trying to find help only to be told "No, we don't do that and don't know anyone who does". If they responded at all. I had pretty much given up when Betterway Roofing reached out. "Yes, they can help and can have someone out the next day". Their crew showed up as promised, cleared my roof and even shoveled off my front deck where the snow had piled. Such nice young men. I was so appreciative but then I found out they are from Shipshewana. That's no short trip in good weather, let alone in the conditions we're having. I can't begin to say enough good things about a company who provides that kind of customer service and compassion for a retiree who was starting to panic about snowload.
